I have nothing but leprechaun love for Ireland, but around St. Patrick's Day it's still a little too chilly there for my liking, which has me dreaming of balmier emerald isles. These green vacation spots may not have the luck of the Irish, but you're bound to run into someone sporting the last name Murphy, Kelly or O'Sullivan at a poolside bar. Win, win.
